Since 2023, I’ve led Gameplay UX for Teamfight Tactics, designing end-to-end player experiences that drive engagement, retention, and replayability across millions of players worldwide. As the UX lead for the Gameplay initiative, I defined and delivered UX outcomes for every season, game mode, and quality-of-life feature and I translated complex gameplay systems into intuitive, rewarding experiences. I collaborated closely with Visual Design, Engineering, Art, SFX, and VFX teams to ensure a cohesive and accessible experience across platforms. My work focuses on making deep systems approachable and fun while also balancing gameplay clarity and mastery so players can enjoy both the strategy and the surprise.
NOTABLE
Season 13 brought the world of Arcane Season 2 on Netflix to life inside TFT. Every gameplay mechanic was designed to deepen the connection to the show’s narrative, creating one of the most ambitious and immersive experiences in TFT. We achieved record-high retention with this season which set a new standard for engagement.
